Recycled Paper Greeting cards are all created by freelance artists - one of them could be you! Every year, RPG adds 3,000 new cards to its product line. Do you have a clever greeting card concept or a new and interesting style of greeting card that you believe would stand out among the rest? If so, then we want to hear from you!

While most greeting card companies simply give assignments, we like doing things a little different at RPG. We believe that the strongest cards come from individuals expressing their feelings in their own styles; which is why we strongly recommend that you send messages with your artwork. Experience has shown us that the art makes the customer pick up a card, but it is the message that makes them buy it.

Requirements:
We currently don't accept submissions electronically. One reason is that with the number of people involved in the review process at RPG, we have found that everything moves along a lot quicker if we already have a hard copy version of the submission. More importantly, however, we want to get the best representation of what the finished product will look like, which is why we request that submissions look as much like greeting cards as possible. The standard format for a greeting card is 5" x 7". Artwork and any corresponding words should be on the front of the card with the message appearing on the inside. It is also important to note that because we believe strongly that the artwork and the message go hand in hand, we also do not accept submissions that include a message without any accompanying artwork.

Manage all authorized service provider negotiations, ensuring budgeted margins and targeted levels of client satisfaction are achieved.

Resolves Home Solutions technical issues escalated by customers and service providers in a timely manner.
Provides remote or on-site technical direction and diagnostic assistance to authorized service providers in resolving product failures, set-up, and installation issues of an unusual or complex nature.
Corordinate installations/field repair activities.
Audit services of third parties.
Monitors and manages authorized service provider compliance with training, certification, and customer satisfaction levels.
Build network of Alorica techs and/or ASPs to support services.
Continuously pursues knowledge and gains experience through ongoing industry training courses, seminars, and frequent communication with the suppliers and customers.


Job Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from four-year college or university and 3-5 years field service experience including at least two years of managerial experience.
Experience in the area of service level provisioning and customer service/customer care is desirable.
Experience in negotiating service level agreements and work level agreements.
Minimum of 3 years experience managing multiple locations across a dispersed geographic territory.
5 Years or more field service experience.

The Million HouseParties Campaign (working title) builds on the methods of MoveOn and the Dean Campaign and adds a new powerful technique that enables exponential growth of houseparties. The Million HouseParties Campaign (working title) and needs for its realization a team of three co-directors:
I) OUTREACH DIRECTOR: Initial responsibility is to find one or more progressive large membership organizations dedicated to getting back our democracy and willing to try out our new method of achieving exponential growth of house-parties to a) generate large sums of money (millions) in a short time, and b) help inform and inspire non-progressives to come over to our side (and possibly join the member organization). Note: It is not necessary for the organization to disclose or otherwise give to us their email list, but only to agree to send our "invitation" to their list. Ideally, we would like to have more than one partner organization,so the total initial listserve would total at least 800,000 to 1 million (the size MoveOn was when they had their 2600 houseparties last year)
