PAY STRUCTURE

We rely on your ability for Marketing and Sales to keep our business growing and profitable. It is our hope to provide you with the income you desire and to provide you with services that help you sell more and earn more. The pay structure is commission based on each sales agreement you obtain from a customer. Each of the customer order forms have a place for you to enter your Sales Rep ID number. When we receive the order you are credited with that sale. It is very important for you to place your Sales Rep ID number on each form to be creditied for the sale. We use an Acess database to enter all orders received by phone and through the mail. When the customer order is entered into the database your Sales Rep ID number is entered as the responsible Sales Rep. On the 15th and 30th of each month the database is quried for sales made in the period. From that query we produce a check for each Sales Rep who has made sales during the query period, in full. Checks are made payable to and mailed according to the information you provide when you register as an Independent Sales Rep. Checks are sent out on the 5th and the 20th of each month. You can also be paid through paypal,therefore you would not have to wait on a check to be mailed out. Paypal is also a lot faster way of receiving your wages.

Commission Pay is as follows:

up to $20,000 Gross Sales -- 15% commission.

from $20,001 to $40,000 Gross Sales --20% commissions.

from $40,001 to $60,000 Gross Sales --25% commissions.

from $60,001 to $90,000 Gross Sales -- 30% commissions.

from $90,001 Gross Sales and over -- 35% commissions.
