Boston-based Fat Kid Clothing is looking for original designs to put on shirts, sweatshirts, messenger bags, underwear, etc. Fat Kid Clothing is an alternative clothing store, geared against stores like Abercrombie and Express. Submissions should reflect this attitude in some respect. Here are the rules: 1. Be as vulgar as you want, but no racism or bigotry of any kind. Unless you're making fun of preppy rich kids, you're not going to get paid for it. After all, even Abercrombie got yelled at for "Two Wongs don't make a right," and they're God to youth fashion. 2. No nudity. These clothes are geared towards both minors and non-minors, and nudity is inappropriate for the former. 3. No explicit references to drugs or weapons. If the references are mild, I might look the other way, and you get points for comedy, but as a guideline, no drugs or weapons. 4. Original artwork only. No copping cartoon characters or other people's designs. I WILL find out, and I WILL reject the artwork. 5. There is no limit to the amount of artwork that you can submit. I will pay the artist $10 for every design selected. I will NOT select every design sent in. There will be about 10-15 designs selected per run, and I will run this contest several times over the next few months. 6.
